Brady Bunte owner of   Tres Sietes  says,  "our tequilas are made in their own facility where they are produced from field to glass." They combine French distillation techniques with Mexican tradition. The name is translated as "Three Sevens" and meant to invoke ideas of good fortune. It is produced at Fabrica Tres Sietes and "tequila guru" Frank Gonzalez, who oversees the state-of-the-art technology that steams the agave rather than bakes it in the oven. This in turn lessens the amount of (evil tasting) methanol in the distillation. -
